Natural Nail Care – Some Practical Tips

Choosing to go to a nail salon on a regular basis can be an expensive method of caring for your nails. Generally, nail care treatments are costly, but having someone do your nails is another story.   • Lemon juice can be used as a natural remedy for dry and stained nails. Mix a tablespoon of lemon juice with one cup of water before soaking your nails for a few minutes. Rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer afterwards.
  • Use lemon juice-dipped cotton ball in massaging your nails. Wash after a few minutes. Do this on a regular basis to make your nails shiny and strong.
  • Apply olive oil onto your nails on a daily basis to keep them shiny and beautiful. To harden your nails, you can soak them in warm olive oil for 15 to 20 minutes on alternate days.
  • In a bowl of warm mustard oil, soak your nails for around 8 to 10 minutes. Then rub gradually to aid blood circulation. You can have nails that are stronger and healthier through this method.
